Reformed Blogs Official Launch, New Features
Pulished on March 21, 2007 • Written by Austin Storm
Reformed Blogs is ready for prime-time now, so consider this the ribbon-cutting ceremony!
We’ve worked out a few bugs and added some new features.
The first is sidebar widgets. Widgets allow Reformed Bloggers to easily personalize their blog sidebar without knowing HTML. You can check these out under Presentation - Sidebar Widgets if the theme you use supports them (most do). The selection of widgets is limited for now, but we have plans to add more down the road.
The second new feature is the ShortStat statistics page. It’s a simple page to give an overview of who is visiting a blog and where they’re coming from. Click “ShortStat” from the main blog dashboard page to check this out… statistics have been collecting for about a week now!
We’ve also added a few new themes and beefed up spam management with an industrial-strength Akismet solution.
As always we want to hear your thoughts and custom requests. Thank you bloggers for making Reformed Blogs great!
